Choosing a voucher. Pick any MTN or Airtel airtime or data bundle from the front page. Prices are shown in Uganda shillings with today's equivalent cost in US dollars, all fees included — what you see is what you pay.
The beneficiary. Enter the recipient's name and their Ugandan phone number. The number must match the network you chose — MTN numbers start with prefixes like 077 or 078, Airtel numbers with 075 or 070. The form checks this for you as you type.
Paying. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal, so you can pay from your PayPal balance or with any major credit or debit card. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery. Once PayPal confirms your payment, our system credits the beneficiary's phone automatically — usually within a minute. You watch the progress live on the confirmation page, and both you and the recipient are notified.
If something goes wrong. In the rare case a top-up fails, a support ticket is opened automatically, our team is alerted immediately, and you receive an email. We complete the top-up manually or refund you — you never lose your money.
If you have bought from us before, you can create an account with the same email address you used at PayPal. You will see your full transaction history and can re-send to people you have topped up before in just a couple of clicks.
